The Machinations of the Enemy!

Dryer Island believes Lea Land is stupid, we think! But NO!! We know they were attempting to con us into thinking they had nothing to do with the power outage; we have thwarted their plans, however!

In causing the power outage, Dryer Island hoped to gain a coup against us by preventing a certain uniform from completing it's cycles. What they did not expect, however, was that our spies had tipped us off to their dastardly plot before they could gain the upper hand, and we had delayed the start of the cycles for this uniform! Of course, the ambassadors of Dryer Island are currently attempting to convince Lea Land that the outage had nothing to do with their nation, and even created a farce of maintenance workers "doing routine upkeep" to convince us so. However, while we barely accepted this excuse, we are still keeping a sharp eye out for more plots leaking through their front lines...

We will soon be sending in cavalry soldiers of various bears, dogs, and other assorted soldiers, with Cookie Monster and Big Bird as their leaders. We expect victory. Stand by.

Battles and Treaties

It's on; the dryer has made a treaty with the washer who seems to only be getting just warmed up with their defense system. The first move was causing the illusion that there was not enough detergent; the washer, and therefore through the treaty the dryer, has many allies!
However, in this minor skirmish, I have prevailed; I saw through the illusion just in time and was able to cause the detergent's demise.
Awaiting the next attempt.

The Beginning of the Campaign.

It's definitely way too early to be alive when you check the dryer that you set the night before and are looking for a specific shirt that was basically the reason you did an entire load of laundry.
I think the damned dryer ate the only shirt I have that fits me.
I think the damned dryer should eat the socks instead.
I think the damned dryer is plotting against me.
I think the damned dryer is holding the shirt hostage.
I think this means war.

The dryer sent out a decoy to distract me via that damned attack chicken that lives on the porch; the dryer distracted me long enough to plant that shirt in my car, thereby attempting to instill upon me the idea that I'm crazy.
No. I am not the crazy one. The laundry may be mocking me, but I know the truth. The dryer is an evil, dirty mastermind, the likes of which no one has ever seen before.
